We will include an estimate for shipping time when we send out your quote, but most orders are able to ship within one day.

Yes, in most cases we can quote you for new and remanufactured parts.
Yes, however most customers utilize our Exchange Program. Instead of waiting for your part to be repaired, we ship you a new or remanufactured part and give you a credit when you return the repairable broken unit to us within 30 days.
